How to Apply: Please read carefully & follow directions!
Welcome to WCCD3 Phase 1! My name is Captain D. Williams of Waller County Constable Pct. 3 where the Honorable Constable Herschel Smith is the Constable. Included in this set instructions is an application for employment. Also a Release of Information form that must be completed properly and notarized. Please put Waller County Constable Pct. 3 on the release of information form only! No Exceptions!
All applications must be TYPED. It is very important that you do so and follow all the steps and directions. Before you start your application application, again read all the directions carefully on pages 2, 3, and 4 as well as the top of every page. In addition, please complete the Pre-Application.
Do not mail it. Please type out the complete & entire name of each job, department or agency. If you don't have an address with a phone number, please do not list incomplete information. If it don't pertain to you, please put N/A in each or all blanks. Include a printed out copy of your TCOLE (PIR or PRS) your Personal Information Report or Personal Status Report with your application. Make sure you are in good standing with TCOLE. This also included all State Mandated classes as well.
Please include with this application a paragraph or two on why you chose Waller County 3 and what can you offer this department? Including your resume as well. Please also explain on each job and every job why you left? If you must add additional sheets, please do so. Add the page number section and number of question you are answering. This also includes all agency you apply for since you been out of the Police Academy. Please include military training. Please list under job employment or job listing as well.
If you have a valid L-2 and L-3 (2 copies), please include 2 copies your birth certificate, driver's license (1 copy), social security card, 2 copies DD-214 if applicable to you, auto insurance must have your name on it, 2 copies GED or Diploma of a higher learning institution. Note: if you don't have a valid L-2 & L-3, do not make an appoint to recieve an L-2 or L-3 until told to do so.
Also, please send a color copy of yourself from head to toe. Our application from this website will be the ONLY application we will ACCEPT. Your application process begins once you return everything. If anything else is needed, I will let you know.
